NEWTON...JASPER COUNTY LINE NORTHEAST OF KIRBYVILLE MOVING TO THE
NORTHWEST AT 10 MPH.
 
THIS STORM WAS MOVING TOWARDS JASPER. LARGE HAIL WILL BEGIN JUST PRIOR
TO THE TORNADO.
