THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE HAS ISSUED A TORNADO WARNING 
EFFECTIVE UNTIL 830 PM CST FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING COUNTY

   IN THE NORTHEAST PART OF NEBRASKA
      SOUTHEAST COLFAX

AT 755 PM CST RADAR INDICATED A POSSIBLE TORNADO NEAR SCYUYLER
IN SOUTHERN COLFAX COUNTY.  THIS STORM WAS MOVING TO THE NORTHEAST
AT 35 MPH.

THIS IS A DANGEROUS STORM SITUATION.  ACT QUICKLY.  IF YOU ARE IN
THE PATH OF THIS TORNADO TAKE SHELTER BELOW GROUND IF POSSIBLE.
OTHERWISE...GO TO A SMALL INTERIOR ROOM ON THE LOWEST FLOOR.  AVOID
WINDOWS.  ABANDON CARS AND MOBILE HOMES...TAKE COVER IN A REINFORCED
BUILDING OR GET INTO A DITCH OR CULVERT.

ACT QUICKLY.  TAKE SHELTER IN THE INNERMOST PORTION OF THE BUILDING
ON THE LOWEST FLOOR.  GET TO A BASEMENT IF POSSIBLE.  AVOID WINDOWS.
PROTECT YOURSELF FROM FLYING DEBRIS WITH CUSHIONS...BLANKETS OR
PILLOWS.

 A TORNADO WATCH REMAINS IN EFFECT FOR ALL OF NORTHEAST NEBRASKA
 UNTIL MIDNIGHT.
