EFFECTIVE UNTIL 900 PM CDT FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING 
COUNTIES

   IN THE NORTHEAST PART OF NEBRASKA
      SOUTHEAST BOONE...WESTERN PLATTE

AT 830 PM CDT RADAR INDICATED A POSSIBLE TORNADO NEAR BELGRADE...
OR ABOUT 40 MILES SOUTHWEST OF NORFOLK MOVING NORTHEAST AT 45 MPH.

THE COMMUNITIES INCLUDED IN THIS WARNING ARE BOONE...ST EDWARD...
LINDSAY AND MONROE.

IF YOU LIVE IN THE WARNED AREA TAKE IMMEDIATE COVER.

THIS IS A DANGEROUS STORM SITUATION.  ACT QUICKLY.  IF YOU ARE IN
THE PATH OF THIS TORNADO TAKE SHELTER BELOW GROUND IF POSSIBLE.
OTHERWISE...GO TO A SMALL INTERIOR ROOM ON THE LOWEST FLOOR.  AVOID
WINDOWS.  ABANDON CARS AND MOBILE HOMES...TAKE COVER IN A REINFORCED
