EFFECTIVE UNTIL 1015 PM EDT FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING COUNTY

   IN THE SOUTHEAST PART OF KENTUCKY
      PERRY

AT 915 PM EDT...LESLIE COUNTY DES REPORTED A TORNADO AN THE GROUND
18 MILES SOUTHEAST OF HYDEN MOVING TOWARD CUTSHIN. THIS STORM WAS
MOVING EAST AT 35 MILES AN HOUR AND WILL MOVE INTO PERRY COUNTY...
SOUTH OF HAZARD BY 930.
