EFFECTIVE UNTIL 930 PM EDT FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING COUNTY

   IN THE SOUTHEAST PART OF KENTUCKY
      LESLIE

AT 835 PM EDT...MANCHESTER CITY POLICE REPORTED NUMEROUS FUNNEL
CLOUDS...STRUCTURAL DAMAGE AND TREES DOWN IN THE CLAY COUNTY CITY OF
MANCHESTER. THIS STORM WAS MOVING EAST AT 35 MILES AN HOUR AND WILL
THREATEN THE LESLIE COUNTY CITY OF HYDEN BY AROUND 900 PM EDT.
