THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE HAS ISSUED A FLASH FLOOD WARNING
EFFECTIVE UNTIL 600 PM EST FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING
COUNTIES

   IN THE NORTHEAST PART OF INDIANA
      DEKALB COUNTY

AT 1145 AM EST THE STAGE ON CEDAR CREEK IN AUBURN WAS AT 9.9 FEET
AND RISING. FLOOD STAGE IS 11 FEET. DUE TO CONTINUED RAINS ACROSS
DEKALB COUNTY CEDAR CREEK IS EXPECTED TO RISE TO A CREST OF 12 FEET
OR 1 FOOT OVER FLOOD STAGE THIS EVENING.

PERSONS ALONG CEDAR CREEK IN DEKALB COUNTY SHOULD BE PREPARED TO
MOVE TO HIGH GROUND AND SHOULD BE TAKING STEPS TO PROTECT PROPERTY.
