   IN THE NORTHEAST PART OF INDIANA
      ADAMS...ALLEN...EASTERN HUNTINGTON...JAY

AT 905 AM EST 6 HOUR RAINFALL TOTALS IN ADAMS...ALLEN...JAY...AND
EASTERN HUNTINGTON COUNTIES OF NORTHEAST INDIANA HAVE EXCEEDED
1.8 INCHES IN SOME LOCATIONS. MANY STREAMS ARE REPORTED AS BANKFULL
OR OVERFLOWING THEIR BANKS AND WITH ADDITONAL RAINS EXPECTED
FLOODING MAY BE EXPECTED IN PORTIONS OF THESE COUNTIES.
