THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE HAS ISSUED A FLOOD WARNING
EFFECTIVE UNTIL 300 PM CST FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING COUNTY

   IN THE SOUTHWEST PART OF INDIANA
      VANDERBURGH

PIGEON CREEK IN EVANSVILLE IS RISING AND FLOWING OUT OF ITS BANKS.
THE VANDERBURGH COUNTY SHERIFF REPORTED AT 945 AM CST.THAT PERSONS
ARE BEING EVACUATED ON BAKER ROAD BETWEEN ARMSTEAD AND NEGLEY ROADS
IN EVANSVILLE. MORE RAIN TODAY WILL WORSEN THIS SITUATION.

DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE WATER COVERS THE ROAD.
THE WATER DEPTH MAY BE TOO GREAT TO ALLOW YOU TO CROSS SAFELY PLUS
THE ROADWAY MAY BE WASHED OUT. A VEHICLE CAUGHT IN RISING WATER
SHOULD BE ABANDONED QUICKLY. MOVE TO HIGH GROUND.

TAKE THE NECCESSARY PRECAUTIONS. REPORT FLOODING TO THE NEAREST
LAW ENFORCEMENT AGENCY FOR RELAY TO THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE.

DENSE FOG HAS LIFTED OVER INDIANA AS SOUTHWEST WINDS BEGAN TO PICK UP
TO 15 TO 25 MILES AN HOUR. IN NORTHEAST INDIANA PATCHY DENSE FOG MAY
LINGER FOR ANOTHER HOUR OR SO BUT IT SHOULD ALSO LIFT BEFORE 8 AM EST.
