THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE HAS ISSUED A FLASH FLOOD WARNING 
EFFECTIVE UNTIL 900 PM EST FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING 
COUNTIES

   IN THE SOUTHWEST PART OF INDIANA
      DAVIESS...KNOX...MARTIN

AT 655 PM CDT...THUNDERSTORMS WITH VERY HEAVY RAINS CONTINUE TO
MOVE OVER PARTS OF WEST CENTRAL INDIANA. KNOX COUNTY CIVIL DEFENSE
REPORTED 2 FEET OF WATER AT THE REST STOP ON INDIANA HIGHWAY 67
BETWEEN BICKNELL AND VINCENNES.

DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE WATER COVERS THE ROAD.
THE WATER DEPTH MAY BE TOO GREAT TO ALLOW YOU TO CROSS SAFELY PLUS
THE ROADWAY MAY BE WASHED OUT. A VEHICLE CAUGHT IN RISING WATER
SHOULD BE ABANDONED QUICKLY. MOVE TO HIGH GROUND.

KNOW WHERE YOU ARE RELASTIVE TO STREAMS...RIVERS OR CREEKS WHICH
