FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING COUNTIES...
 
IN EAST CENTRAL INDIANA
          ...DELAWARE...HENRY...RANDOLPH
 
AT 300 AM EST RADAR SHOWED THUNDERSTROMS FROM NEAR WINCHESTER THROUGH
MUNCIE AND NOBLESVILLE. THESE STORMS WERE PRODUCING HEAVY RAINFALL AS
THEY MOVE EAST AT 35 TO 40 MILES AN HOUR.
 
PERSONS IN THE AREAS AROUND THE TOWNS OF NEW CASTLE...WINCHESTER AND
MUNCIE SHOULD MOVE TO HIGHER GROUND AT THE FIRST SIGN OF FLOODING.
 
BE ESPECIALLY CAUTIOUS AT NIGHT WHEN IT IS HARDER TO RECOGNIZE
THE DANGERS OF FLOODS AND FLASH FLOODS.  IF FLASH FLOODING IS
