FLASH FLOOD WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL  800 AM EST
FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING COUNTY...
 
IN CENTRAL INDIANA
          ...MARION
 
VERY HEAVY RAIN HAS DRENCHED MARION COUNTY AND THE CITY OF
INDIANAPOLIS WITH BETWEEN ONE TO TWO INCHES OF RAIN EARLY THIS MORNING. 
A FLASH FLOOD WARNING MEANS FLOODING IS OCCURRING. FLOODING OF STREAMS
AND CREEKS CAN BE EXPECTED. CONSIDERABLE PONDING OF WATER ON ROADWAYS
CAN BE EXPECTED.
 
THE HEAVY  RAIN WILL END BEFORE 6AM EST BUT WATER WILL REMAIN HIGH
THROUGH 8AM THIS MORNING.
 
DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE THE WATER COVERS THE
ROADWAY.  THE WATER DEPTH MAY BE TOO GREAT TO ALLOW YOUR CAR TO
CROSS SAFELY.  VEHICLES CAUGHT IN RISING WATER SHOULD BE
ABANDONED QUICKLY.  MOVE TO HIGHER GROUND.
