FLASH FLOOD WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL 1130 PM EST
FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING COUNTY...

AT 820 PM EST AN AMATEUR RADIO OPERATOR 9 MILES NORTH OF DANVILLE
REPORTED FLOODING OF LOW LYING AREAS AND PONDING OF WATER ON STATE ROAD39. RADAR SHOWED THUNDERSTORMS WITH VERY HEAVY RAIN IN HENDRICKS COUNTY15 TO 25 MILES WEST OF INDIANAPOLIS.
 
RAIN EXTENDED WEST TO THE ILLINOIS BORDER. RAIN WILL CONTINUE UNTIL AT
LEAST 10PM.
 
DO NOT DRIVE THROUGH HIGH WATER OR MOVING WATER. PEOPLE NEAR CREEKS
AND SMALL STREAMS...INCLUDING WHITE LICK CREEK AND MILL CREEK SHOULD
MONITOR WATER LEVELS AND BE PREPARED TO MOVE TO HIGHER GROUND.
