THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE HAS ISSUED A URBAN AND SMALL 
STREAM FLOOD WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL 630 AM EDT FOR PEOPLE IN 
THE FOLLOWING COUNTY

   IN THE STATE OF OHIO
      MERCER

AT 320 AM EDT NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE RADAR INDICATED SHOWERS
AND THUNDERSTORMS WITH HEAVY RAIN OVER MERCER COUNTY OHIO.
THE HEAVIEST RAINFALL WAS OCCURRING OVER SOUTHERN MERCER COUNTY.

RAIN SHOULD CONTINUE TO FALL ACROSS MERCER COUNTY UNTIL ABOUT
MID MORNING...WITH THE INTENSITY OF THE RAIN GRADUALLY
DECREASING. AS OF 315 AM EDT NO FLOODING HAD BEEN REPORTED
IN MERCER COUNTY...BUT SOME LOCALIZED FLOODING IS LIKELY TO
OCCUR...ESPECIALLY IN THE SOUTHERN PART OF THE COUNTY.

DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE WATER COVERS THE ROADWAY.
THE WATER DEPTH MAY BE TOO GREAT TO ALLOW YOUR CAR TO CROSS SAFELY.
VEHICLES CAUGHT IN RISING WATER SHOULD BE ABANDONED IMMEDIATELY.
MOVE TO HIGHER GROUND.

BE ESPECIALLY CAUTIOUS AT NIGHT WHEN IT IS HARDER TO RECOGNIZE
THE DANGERS OF FLOOD WATERS.  IF FLASH FLOODING IS OBSERVED...
ACT QUICKLY.  MOVE TO HIGHER GROUND TO ESCAPE FLOOD WATERS. DO
NOT STAY IN AREAS SUBJECT TO FLOODING WHEN WATER BEGINS RISING.
