AND ADJOINING COASTAL WATERS BETWEEN BOGUE INLET AND ATLANTIC BEACH.
 
 
AT 1115 AM THE COAST GUARD AT THE WESTERN END OF THE BOGUE BANKS
SECTION OF CARTERET COUNTY REPORTED A WATERSPOUT JUST OFFSHORE.
