THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE HAS ISSUED A FLASH FLOOD WARNING 
EFFECTIVE UNTIL 145 AM CDT FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING 
COUNTIES

   IN THE SOUTHEAST PART OF KANSAS
      NEOSHO...WILSON

AT 1045 PM CDT PERSISTENT STRONG THUNDERSTORMS HAVE BEEN NEARLY
STATIONARY OVER WILSON AND NEOSHO COUNTIES FOR SEVERAL HOURS. THE
VERY HEAVY RAINFALL OVER ALREADY SATURATED GROUND HAS POSED THE
THREAT OF FLASH FLOODING...ESPECIALLY ALONG SMALL STREAMS.

 RUNOFF FROM HEAVY RAINS IN THE WARNING AREA WILL LIKELY FLOOD
STREAMS AND LOW JLYING AREAS. BE CAREFUL DRIVING AND DON/T TRY TO
CROSS WATER RUSHING OVER ROADS.
