THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE HAS ISSUED A FLASH FLOOD WARNING 
EFFECTIVE UNTIL 1115 PM CDT FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING COUNTY

   IN THE SOUTHEAST PART OF KANSAS
      ALLEN

AT 713 PM CDT VERY HEAVY RAINFALL HAS BEEN OCCURRING THROUGH MUCH
OF ALLEN COUNTY SINCE 600 PM. ALMOST A/N INCH OF RAIN HAS FALLEN AT
HUMBOLT FROM 630 PM TO 700 PM.

 RUNOFF FROM HEAVY RAINS IN THE WARNING AREA WILL LIKELY FLOOD
STREAMS AND LOW LYING AREAS. BE CAREFUL DRIVING AND DON/T TRY TO
CROSS WATER RUSHING OVER ROADS.
