THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE HAS ISSUED A TORNADO WARNING 
EFFECTIVE UNTIL 515 PM CDT FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING 
COUNTIES

   IN THE SOUTH CENTRAL PART OF NEBRASKA
      EASTERN BUFFALO...WESTERN HALL

AT 440 PM CDT...A TORNADO WAS REPORTED ON THE GROUND AND INDICATED
BY RADAR 10 MILES NORTHEAST KEARNEY...OR NEAR GIBBON...MOVING
EAST NORTEAST AT 15 MPH. THIS TORNADO WILL BE MOVING TOWARD
SHELTON AND WOODRIVER. PERSONS IN THESE TOWNS SHOULD SEEK
SHELTER IMMEDIATELY.

IF YOU ARE IN THE PATH OF THIS TORNADO TAKE SHE<LTER IN A BASEMENT
OR BELOW GROUND.  OTHERWISE GO TO A SMALL INTERIOR ROOM ON THE
LOWEST FLOOR.  ABANDON CARS AND MOBILE HOMES FOR A REINFORCED
BUILDING.
