FLASH FLOOD WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL  800 PM EST
FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATIONS
 
IN SOUTHEAST TENNESSEE

SMALL STREAMS IN POLK COUNTY OF SOUTHEAST TENNESSEE CONTINUE TO RISE.
MOST ARE AT BANKFULL AND SHOULD CONTINUE TO RISE AS RAINS CONTINUE
THROUGH THE NIGHT.  AT 355PM EST WEATHER RADAR INDICATED LIGHT TO
MODERATE RAINS OVER POLK COUNTY.  AGAIN RAINS WILL CONTINUE MOST OF
THE NIGHT AND WILL BE MODERATE TO OCCASSIONALLY HEAVY IN AND AROUND THPOLK COUNTY AREA.
 
BE ESPECIALLY CAUTIOUS AT NIGHT WHEN IT IS HARDER TO RECOGNIZE
THE DANGERS OF FLOODS AND FLASH FLOODS.  IF FLASH FLOODING IS
OBSERVED...ACT QUICKLY.  MOVE UP TO ESCAPE FLOOD WATERS.  DO
NOT STAY IN AREAS SUBJECT TO FLOODING WHEN WATER BEGINS RISING.
