THE EDWARDS COUNTY SHERIFFS DEPARTMENT REPORTS THAT AS A RESULT
OF RAINFALL BETWEEN 3 AND 4 INCHES IN THE ROCKSPRINGS AREA...
LOW WATER CROSSINGS HAVE BEGUN TO FLOOD OVER THE EASTERN AND NORTHERN
PORTION OF THE COUNTY.  ALTHOUGH NO HEAVY RAIN IS CURRENTLY FALLING IN
EDWARDS COUNTY...THE RUNOFF HAS INCREASED AND FLASH FLOODING IS LIKELY
TO BEGIN VERY QUICKLY.
