THUNDERSTORMS...SOME PRODUCING HEAVY RAIN...MOVING INTO DIMMIT AND
MAVERICK COUNTIES. MOVEMENT WAS NORTH AT 10 MILES AN HOUR. THESE
SHOWERS WERE MOVING INTO AREAS ALREADY SATURATED FROM RAINS LAST
