AT 220 PM...DES MOINES RADAR INDICATED A TORNADO 5 MILES SOUTHWEST OF
TAMA APPROACHING HIGHWAY 63 IN THE EXTREME SOUTHERN PART OF THE
COUNTY. THIS IS ABOUT 60 MILES NORTHEAST OF DES MOINES.
 
THE STORM WAS MOVING SOUTHEAST AT 45 MILES AN HOUR.  IT WILL AFFECT
THE TOWNS OF HAVEN...HARTWICK...CHELSEA...AND BROOKLYN.
