AT 416 PM CDT THE PUBLIC REPORTS A TORNADO 1 MILE NORTHEAST OF
CIMARRON KS..OVER OPEN COUNTRY. THIS IS 20 MILES WEST NORTHWEST OF
DODGE CITY. THIS TORNADO IS MOVING NORTH-NORTHEAST AT 25 TO 30 MPH

THIS IS A VERY DANGEROUS STORM.  ACT QUICKLY.  IF YOU ARE IN THE
PATH OF THIS TORNADO MOVE TO A SHELTER BELOW GROUND IF AVAILABLE.
