THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE HAS ISSUED A TORNADO WARNING 
EFFECTIVE UNTIL 230 AM CDT FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING COUNTY

   IN THE SOUTHWEST PART OF KANSAS
      SOUTHERN SEWARD

AT 155 AM CDT A TORNADO WAS REPORTED BY THE TYRONE OKLAHOMA POLICE
1 MILE SOUTH OF TYRONE MOVING NORTHEAST. AT 155 RADAR INDICATED
STRONG THUNDERSTORMS 10 MILES SOUTHWEST OF LIBERAL MOVING NORTHWARD
AT 25 MPH.
