THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN DODGE CITY HAS ISSUED A
SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL 1245 AM CDT
FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING COUNTY...
 
IN SOUTHWEST KANSAS
          ...SOUTHERN GRAY
 
AT 1210 AM CDT A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WAS 10 MILES NORTH OF SUBLETTE OR
20 MILES SOUTH OF GARDEN CITY AND WAS MOVING EAST AT AROUND 40 MILES
AN HOUR. THIS IS A VERY DANGEROUS STORM WHICH HAD CAUSED SEVERAL
TORNADOS AND BASEBALL SIZED HAIL EARLIER. THE STORM WILL BE OVER
COPELAND BY 1220 AM CDT AND MONTEZUMA BY 1230 PM.
 
 
SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS PRODUCE DAMAGING WIND IN EXCESS OF 55
MPH...DESTRUCTIVE HAIL...DEADLY LIGHTNING...AND VERY HEAVY RAIN.
