   IN THE PANHANDLE OF NEBRASKA
      SOUTHERN GARDEN...DEUEL

AT 421 PM MDT...RADAR INDICATED A POSSIBLE TORNADO 42 MILES EAST OF
SIDNEY...8 MILES SOUTH OF LEWELLEN NEBRASKA MOVING EAST AT 45 MPH.

IF YOU ARE CAUGHT OUTSIDE...FIND SHELTER IN A NEARBY REINFORCED
BUILDING.  AS A LAST RESORT...TAKE SHELTER IN A CULVERT...DITCH OR
LOW SPOT AND COVER YOUR HEAD WITH YOUR HANDS.

LARGE HAIL...DANGEROUS LIGHTNING AND VERY HEAVY RAIN ARE LIKELY WITH
THIS STORM...IN ADDITION TO THE THREAT OF TORNADOES.
