EFFECTIVE UNTIL 300 PM MDT FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING COUNTY

   IN THE PANHANDLE OF NEBRASKA
      GARDEN

AT 220 PM MDT A TORNADO WAS REPORTED BY THE BROADWATER CIVIL DEFENSE
DIRECTOR TO THE EAST OF LISCO OR 10 MILES NORTH OF OSHKOSH NEBRASKA
IN CENTRAL GARDEN COUNTY MOVING TO THE EAST AT 30 MILES AN HOUR.

IF YOU ARE CAUGHT OUTSIDE...FIND SHELTER IN A NEARBY REINFORCED
BUILDING.  AS A LAST RESORT...TAKE SHELTER IN A CULVERT...DITCH OR
LOW SPOT AND COVER YOUR HEAD WITH YOUR HANDS.

LARGE HAIL...DANGEROUS LIGHTNING AND VERY HEAVY RAIN ARE LIKELY WITH
THIS STORM...IN ADDITION TO THE THREAT OF TORNADOES.

THIS WARNING REPLACES THE SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING FOR GARDEN
COUNTY.  A TORNADO WATCH IS IN EFFECT UNTIL 800 PM MDT FOR THE
ENTIRE NEBRASKA PANHANDLE.
