THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE HAS ISSUED A TORNADO WARNING 
EFFECTIVE UNTIL 230 PM MDT FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING COUNTY

   IN THE PANHANDLE OF NEBRASKA
      WESTERN GARDEN

AT 158 PM MDT...A TORNADO WAS INDICATED BY RADAR 30 MILES SOUTHEAST
OF ALLIANCE NEBRASKA...NEAR LISCO AND THE NORTH PLATTE RIVER ALONG
U.S. HIGHWAY 26 IN GARDEN COUNTY.  THE STORM WAS MOVING NORTHEAST
AROUND 20 MILES AN HOUR.

THIS WARNING CANCELLS THE WARNING ISSUED PREVIOUSLY FOR NORTHEAST
CHEYENNE COUNTY.

TAKE SHELTER IN A BASEMENT IF AVAILABLE.  OTHERWISE GO TO A SMALL
INTERIOR ROOM ON THE LOWEST FLOOR.  STAY AWAY FROM WINDOWS.  ABANDON
CARS AND MOBILE HOMES.

DO NOT TRY TO OUTRUN A TORNADO IN A CAR.  CARS ARE EASILY TOSSED
AROUND BY TORNADOES.  IF YOU ARE CAUGHT IN THE PATH OF A TOR3NADO...
