THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE HAS ISSUED A TORNADO WARNING 
EFFECTIVE UNTIL 215 PM MDT FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING COUNTY

   IN THE PANHANDLE OF NEBRASKA
      NORTHEAST CHEYENNE

AT 1 37 PM MDT...A TORNADO WAS INDICATED BY RADAR 21 MILES NORTHEAST
OF SIDNEY NEBRASKA IN NORTHEAST CHEYENNE COUNTY.  THE STORM WAS
MOVING TO THE NORTHEAST AT 15 MILES AN HOUR.

TAKE COVER IMMEDIATELY.

IF YOU ARE CAUGHT OUTSIDE...FIND SHELTER IN A NEARBY REINFORCED
BUILDING.  AS A LAST RESORT...TAKE SHELTER IN A CULVERT...DITCH OR
