THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN CLEVELAND HAS ISSUED A
SMALL STREAM AND URBAN FLOOD WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL 1015 PM EDT
FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING COUNTY...
IN NORTHEAST OHIO
...ASHTABULA
AT 710 PM RADAR SHOWED RAINS MOVING BACK OVER ASHTABULA COUNTY. SINCE
MANY SPOTS THERE GOT HEAVY RAIN EARLIER IN THE EVENING IT IS POSSIBLE
THE ADDITIONAL PRECIPITATION COULD CAUSE FLOOD PROBLEMS. THIS NEW
BATCH OF PRECIPITATION SHOULD MOVE OUT OF THE COUNTY BETWEEN 8 PM AND
9 PM. EVEN AFTER THE RAIN ENDS... IT WILL PROBABLY TAKE A WHILE FOR
FLOODING TO SUBSIDE.
DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE THE WATER COVERS THE
ROADWAY. THE WATER DEPTH MAY BE TOO GREAT TO ALLOW YOUR CAR TO
CROSS SAFELY. VEHICLES CAUGHT IN RISING WATER SHOULD BE
ABANDONED QUICKLY. MOVE TO HIGHER GROUND.The office that day
