SMALL STREAM AND URBAN FLOOD WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL 400 PM EDT
FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING COUNTY...

 IN THE STATE OF OHIO

AT 300 PM WEATHER RADAR INDICATED THUNDERSTORMS WITH VERY HEAVY RAIN OVER
LUCAS COUNTY IN NORTHWEST OHIO. AT THE TOLEDO EXPRESS AIRPORT NEARLY A
THIRD OF AN INCH OF RAIN FELL IN TEN MINUTES. HEAVY RAINS MAY QUICKLY
FLOOD ROADS AND LOW LYING AREA.

THE THUNDERSTORMS WERE MOVING NORTHEAST AT 35 MPH.

DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE WATER CROSSES THE ROAD.
THE WATER DEPTH MAY BE TOO GREAT TO ALLOW YOUR CAR TO CROSS SAFELY.
