AN AREA OF LIGHT TO MODERATE RAIN WITH POSSIBLE EMBEDDED THUNDERSTORMS
WITH HEAVY RAIN AREAS WAS MOVING FROM SOUTH CNETRAL OHIO INTO EAST
CENTRAL PORTIONS OF OHIO. THIS RAIN WAS MOVING INTO AREAS THAT ARE
STILL SATURATED DUE TO THE RAIN OF THE PAST FEW DAYS AND STRAMS AND
RIVERS ARE LIKELY TO RISE RAPIDLY.
 
DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE THE WATER COVERS THE
ROADWAY.  THE WATER DEPTH MAY BE TOO GREAT TO ALLOW YOUR CAR TO

ABANDONED QUICKLY.  MOVE TO HIGHER GROUND.
