THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN TOLEDO HAS ISSUED A
SMALL STREAM AND URBAN FLOOD WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL  900 AM EDT
FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING COUNTY...
 
IN NORTH CENTRAL OHIO
          ...SENECA
 
AT 715 AM WEATHER SERVICE RADAR INDICATED RAIN OVER MUCH OF CENTRAL
AND NORTHERN SENECA COUNTY. THE SENECA COUNTY SHERIFF'S OFFICE
REPORTED SOME STREETS WERE FLOODED AND WATER IN BASEMENTS IN TIFFIN.
 
THE RAIN WAS MOVING NORTHEAST AT 25 MILES PER HOUR AND THE HEAVIER RAINSHOULD MOVE OUT OF THE COUNTY BY 830 AM.
 
DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICL"E INTO AREAS WHERE THE WATER COVERS THE
ROADWAY.  THE WATER DEPTH MAY BE TOO GREAT TO ALLOW YOUR CAR TO
CROSS SAFELY.  VEHICLES CAUGHT IN RISING WATER SHOULD BE
ABANDONED QUICKLY.  MOVE TO HIGHER GROUND.
