THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE HAS ISSUED A URBAN AND SMALL 
STREAM FLOOD WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL 1100 PM EDT FOR PEOPLE IN 
THE FOLLOWING COUNTY

   IN THE NORTHWEST PART OF PENNSYLVANIA
      EXTREME SOUTHERN VENANGO

AT 715PM EDT THIS SUNDAY EVENING RADAR CONTINUES TO SHOW NUMEROUS
RAINSHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS STRETCHING ACROSS THE SOUTHERN PART
OF VENANGO COUNTY. COUNTY EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT HAS INDICATED THAT
BETWEEN 1-1.5 INCHES OF RAIN HAS FALLEN THROUGHOUT THIS LOCATION
THIS AFTERNOON..AND MORE IS FORECASTED THROUGHOUT THE NIGHT.

DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE WATER COVERS THE ROADWAY.
THE WATER DEPTH MAY BE TOO GREAT TO ALLOW YOUR CAR TO CROSS SAFELY.
VEHICLES CAUGHT IN RISING WATER SHOULD BE ABANDONED IMMEDIATELY.
MOVE TO HIGHER GROUND.

A FLASH FLOOD WARNING MEANS FLOODING IS IMMINENT.  IT IS IMPORTANT TO
KNOW WHERE YOU ARE IN RELATION TO STREAMS...RIVERS...OR CREEKS THAT
CAN BECOME DEADLY WHEN SWOLLEN BY HEAVY RAIN.
