PRODUCING VERY HEAVY RAINS EXTENDING FROM NORTHERN BELMONT INTO
CENTRAL GUERNSEY COUNTIES IN EAST CENTRAL OHIO. AT 415 PM STREET
FLOODING WAS REPORTED AT FLUSHING IN BELMONT COUNTY.
