THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN CLEVELAND HAS ISSUED AN URBAN AND
SMALL STREAM FLOOD WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL 230 AM EDT FOR PEOPLE IN
THE FOLLOWING COUNTY...

IN NORTHEAST OHIO
          ...CUYAHOGA

AT MIDNIGHT THE WEATHER SERVICE OFFICE AT HOPKINS AIRPORT WAS RECEIVING
RAIN AT RATE OVER ONE INCH AN HOUR FROM A THUNDERSTORM. THE STORM WILL
CONTINUE TO PRODUCE HEAVY RAIN AS IT MOVES EAST THROUGH THE COUNTY AT
25 MILES AN HOUR. THERE WILL BE LOCALIZED FLOODING OF ROADWAYS AND
SMALL STREAMS UNTIL 230 AM WHEN THE RUNOFF FROM THE RAIN SHOULD BEGIN
TO DIMINISH.

DO NOT ATTEMPT TO DRIVE THROUGH FLOODED ROADWAYS.
