SMALL STREAM AND URBAN FLOOD WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL  800 PM EST
FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING COUNTIES...
 
IN NORTHWEST OHIO
          ...FULTON...HENRY...LUCAS
 
AT 6 PM NWS RADAR INDICATED RAIN IN HENRY COUNTY EXTENDING NORTHEAST
INTO LUCAS COUNTY AND ANOTHER AREA JUST ENTERING WESTERN FULTON
COUNTY. THE ACTIVITY IS MOVING NORTHEAST AT 15 MPH.
 
THE SHERIFFS OFFICES IN HENRY...FULTON AND LUCAS COUNTIES ARE
REPORTING SOME ROADS WATER COVERED.  HIGH WATER SIGNS HAVE BEEN POSTED
FOR MOST OF THE TROUBLE AREAS.
 
DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE THE WATER COVERS THE
ROADWAY.  THE WATER DEPTH MAY BE TOO GREAT TO ALLOW YOUR CAR TO
CROSS SAFELY.  VEHICLES CAUGHT IN RISING WATER SHOULD BE
ABANDONED QUICiKLY.  MOVE TO HIGHER GROUND.
