SMALL STREAM AND URBAN FLOOD WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL  600 PM EST
FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING COUNTIES...

AT 255 PM NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE RADAR AND SURFACE REPORTS INDICATE
THAT LIGHT RAIN CONTINUES OVER MUCH OF NORTHWEST OHIO THIS AFTERNOON.
SHERIFFS OFFICES HAVE REPORTED WIDESPREAD STREET FLOODING THIS
AFTERNOON IN THE WARNED COUNTIES.

DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE THE WATER COVERS THE
ROADWAY.  THE WATER DEPTH MAY BE TOO GREAT TO ALLOW YOUR CAR TO
CROSS SAFELY.  VEHICLES CAUGHT IN RISING WATER SHOULD BE
ABANDONED QUICKLY.  MOVE TO HIGHER GROUND.
