SMALL STREAM AND URBAN FLOOD WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL  400 PM EDT
FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING COUNTY...
 
IN NORTHEAST OHIO
          ...CUYAHOGA
 
AT 155 PM WEATHER SERVICE RADAR SHOWED THUNDERSTORMS OVER PORTIONS OF
EASTERN AND WESTERN CUYAHOGA COUNTY. THESE THUNDERSTORMS WERE
PRODUCING LOCALLY HEAVY RAINS AND SMALL HAIL.
 
THE THUNDERSTORMS WERE MOVING VERY SLOWLY TO THE EAST AND FURTHER
DEVELOPMENT AND LOCALLY HEAVY RAINS WILL CONTINUE.
 
DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREASp WHERE THE WATER COVERS THE
ROADWAY.  THE WATER DEPTH MAY BE TOO GREAT TO ALLOW YOUR CAR TO
CROSS SAFELY.  VEHICLES CAUGHT IN RISING WATER SHOULD BE
