THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE HAS ISSUED A URBAN AND SMALL
STREAM FLOOD WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL 400 PM EDT FOR PEOPLE IN
THE FOLLOWING COUNTIES

   IN THE NORTHWEST PART OF PENNSYLVANIA
      MCKEAN...ELK

AT 1250 PM EDT WEATHER RADAR SHOWED AN AREA OF MODERATE TO HEAVY
RAIN FROM CENTRAL JEFFERSON COUNTY TO WESTERN MCKEAN COUNTY OF
NORTHWEST PENNSYLVANIA.  THIS RAIN IS FALLING ACROSS AN AREA THAT
RECEIVED HEAVY RAIN THIS MORNING AND SOME FLOODING MAY OCCURR
WITH THIS RENEWED HEAVY RAINFALL.

DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE WATER COVERS THE ROADWAY.
THE WATER DEPTH MAY BE TOO GREAT TO ALLOW YOUR CAR TO CROSS SAFELY.
VEHICLES CAUGHT IN RISING WATER SHOULD BE ABANDONED IMMEDIATELY.
MOVE TO HIGHER GROUND.
