RAINFALL OF TWO TO THREE INCHES IN THIS COUNTY HAS PUSHED SOME
SMALL STREAMS TO NEAR BANKFULL. STREETS AND LOW LYING AREAS HAVE BEGUN
FLOODING.
DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE THE WATER COVERS THE
ROADWAY.  THE WATER DEPTH MAY BE TOO GREAT TO ALLOW YOUR CAR TO
CROSS SAFELY.  VEHICLES CAUGHT IN RISING WATER SHOUL9D BE
ABANDONED QUICKLY.  MOVE TO HIGHER GROUND.
