FLOOD WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL  345 AM EDT
FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATION......
 
IN NORTHEAST NEW YORK
 
   ...CLINTON COUNTY
 
THE SARANAC RIVER HAS LEFT ITS BANKS 1/2 MILE OFF RT 3 NEAR THE
INTERSECTION OF COLDBROOK ROAD. THE FLOODING WAS REPORTED BY A SKYWARN
SPOTTER. THIS AREA IS ABOUT 25 MILES WEST OF THE CITY OF PLATTSBURG.
FLOODING IN THE PLATTSBURG AREA CAN BE EXPECTED AROUND 245 AM TO 3AM.
 
RAIN WILL CONTINUE TO FALL OVER THIS AREA THE NEXT SEVERAL HOURS AND
MORE FLOODING CAN BE EXPECTED.
