AT 409 PM CDT..RADAR INDICATED A POSSIBLE TORNADO DEVELOPING IN
NORTHEASTERN ROBERTS COUNTY..20 MILES NORTH OF MIAMI. THIS STORM WILL
BE ENTERING WESTERN HEMPHILL COUNTY IN THE NEXT 20 MINUTES AS IT MOVES
TO THE EAST AT 15 MPH.
