EFFECTIVE UNTIL 430 PM MDT FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING 
COUNTIES

   IN THE NORTH CENTRAL PART OF SOUTH DAKOTA
      CORSON...NORTHERN DEWEY

AT 455 PM CDT  A TORNADO WAS REPORTED ON THE GROUND 2 MILES EAST
OF ISABEL. THE STORM THAT CAUSED THIS IS MOVING NORTHEAST AT 20 MPH

IF YOU ARE IN THE PATH OF THIS TORNADO...YOU SHOULD GO TO A BASEMENT
SHELTER IF AVAILABLE. OTHERWISE GO TO A CENTRAL INTERIOR ROOM ON THE
LOWEST FLOOR POSSIBLE. CARS AND MOBILE HOMES SHOULD BE ABANDONED FOR

THUNDERSTORM WITH VERY HEAVY RAIN HAD FORMED 50 MILES SOUTHWEST OF
MOBRIDGE SOUTH DAKOTA IN SOUTHERN DEWEY COUNTY AND WAS MOVING NORTH AT
15 MPH.

THIS STORM CAN PRODUCE HEAVY RAIN...SMALL HAIL..AND DANGEROUS LIGHTNI7NG.
CAMPERS AND BOATERS SHOULD BE AWARE OF THIS STORM AND BE PREPARED TO
