EFFECTIVE UNTIL 600 PM EDT FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING COUNTY
IN THE STATE OF NEW YORK
EASTERN SUFFOLK...
AND THE SURROUNDING COASTAL WATERS...
AT 500 PM EDT RADAR SHOWED POSSIBLE SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS AFFECTING
THE TWIN FORKS AREA OF EASTERN SUFFOLK COUNTY LONG ISLAND.
A WATERSPOUT WAS REPORTED WITH A THUNDERSTORM OVER GREAT PECONIC BAY
AROUND 440 PM.
THESE STORMS WERE MOVING SOUTHEAST AROmUND 25 MILES AN HOUR. IF A
