AT 215 PM A PERSISTENT WATERSPOUT WAS LOCATED ABOUT A MILE SOUTH
OF THE BEACH NEAR BILOXI. IT IS MOVING TOWARD THE NORTH NORTHWEST
AT 15 MPH AND WILL MOVE INLAND ALONG THE BEACH IN THE NEXT FEW
MINUTES.
