AT 1240 PM EDT...ST. JOHNS COUNTY SHERIFFS OFFICE REPORTED 2
WATERSPOUTS 5 MILES SOUTH OF PONTE VEDRA BEACH. THE THUNDERSTORMS WITH
THESE WATERSPOUTS ARE MOVING WEST AT 15 MILES AN HOUR.
WATERSPOUTS MAY DEVELOP AT ANY TIME WITH OFFSHORE THUNDERSTORMS.
MARINE INTEREST SHOULD BE ON THE LOOKOUT FOR RISING SEAS AND GUSTY

WIND GUSTS UP TO 38 MILES AN HOUR HAVE BEEN REPORTED WITH HEAVY RAIN AT MAYPORT NAVAL STATION...7 FOOT SEAS AND NORTHEAST WINDS UP TO 40 MILES AN HOUR HAVE BEEN REPORTED OFFSHORE FERNANDINA BEACH. THESE THUNDERSTORMS ARE MOVING WEST AT 10 MILES AN HOUR AND WILL MOVE THROUGH JACKSONVILLE...PALATKA AND GREEN COVE SPRINGS IN THE NEXT HOUR.
