THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE HAS ISSUED A TORNADO WARNING 
EFFECTIVE UNTIL 345 PM EDT FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING COUNTY

   IN THE WEST PART OF PENNSYLVANIA
      MERCER

AT 315 PM EDT 60 MPH WINDS AND MARBLE SIZE HAIL WERE REPORTED
2 MILES EAST OF THE SHENANGO LAKE CAUSEWAY IN MERCER COUNTY.
NUMEROUS REPORTS OF ROTATION HAVE BEEN RECEIVED FROM JEFFERSON
TOWNSHIP... EAST LACKAWANNOCK TOWNSHIP.  TREES WERE REPORTED DOWN
SOUTH OF CLARK, PENNSYLVANIA.

THIS IS A DANGEROUS STORM SITUATION.  ACT QUICKLY.  IF YOU ARE
IN THE PATH OF THIS TORNADO MOVE TO A SHELTER BELOW GROUND IF
AVAILABLE.  OTHERWISE...GO TO A SMALL INTERIOR ROOM ON THE LOWEST
FLOOR POSSIBLE.  AVOID WINDOWS.  ABANDON CARS AND MOBILE HOMES...
TAKE COVER IN A REINFORCED BUILDING OR GET INTO A DITCH OR CULVERT.

 THE STORMS WERE MOVING SOUTHEAST AT 25 MPH.

 PEOPLE IN GROVE CITY AND SURROUNDING AREAS SHOULD TAKE COVER
 IMMEDIATELY.
