THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE HAS ISSUED A TORNADO WARNING 
EFFECTIVE UNTIL 315 PM EDT FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING COUNTY

   IN THE WEST PART OF PENNSYLVANIA
      MERCER

AT 240 PM EDT A SKYWARN OBSERVER REPORTED ROTATION IN A WALL CLOUD
NEAR FIVE POINTS WHICH IS 5 MILES NORTHWEST OF SHARPSVILLE IN
MERCER COUNTY WESTERN PENNSYLVANIA.

THE STORM WAS MOVING EAST AT 25 MPH.
