A TORNADO NEAR RAYMOND...33 MILES SOUTH OF SPRINGFIELD ILLINOIS.
THE TORNADO WAS MOVING EAST AT 40 MILES AN HOUR.

AT 600 PM CDT STRONG THUNDERSTORMS WERE IN NORTHEAST MISSOURI
OR JUST WEST OF QUINCY ILLINOIS AND ANOTHER NEAR SPRINFIELD.
SOME OTHERS WERE IN NORTHEAST ILLINOIS NEAR CHICAGO.

MOVEMENT WAS NORTHEAST AT 45 MPH.
