EFFECTIVE UNTIL 615 PM FOR THE PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING COUNTIES OF

OWENS VALLEY CALIFORNIA..INYO

AT 205 PM PDT STRONG THUNDERSTORMS WITH GUSTY WINDS TO 50 MPH AND
HEAVY RAINS WERE IN SOUTHERN INYO COUNTY SOUTH OF LONE PINE NEAR
HIGHWAY 138.

PERSON+S NEAR THE SOUTHERN INYO MOUNTAINS...SEROCOSA...NEW YORK
BEAUT...KELLER AND DARWIN SPRINGS SHOULD MOVE TO SAFETY AS
FLASH FLOODING IS IMMINENT.

PERSONS IN THE NEARBY AREAS OF DRAINAGE SHOULD BE PREPARED TO MOVE TO
SAFETY QUICKLY.

AN HOUR AND BRIEF HEAVY RAIN.  ALSO...SMALL HAIL CAN BE EXPECTED AT
THE HIGHER ELEVATIONS.

URBAN AND LOCAL FLOODING IN LOW LYING AREAS IS POSSIBLE NEAR THE
HEAVIER THUNDERSHOWERS.
